He was predeceased by: his father Angelo Fafoutis; and his nephew Peter Xanthos. He is survived by: his mother Helen Fafoutis (Karavas); his siblings, Sofia Xanthos, Nicholas Fafoutis and Mary Green; his nieces, Anna-Helene Feinsilver and Lydia Green; his great-niece Emily Feinsilver; his great-nephew Matthew Feinsilver; his aunt Maria; and his cousins, Terry Key and Eraklis Petmezas. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Savior Greek Orthodox Church (2990 S Cashua Dr, Florence, SC 29501). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Florence Memorial Gardens (3320 S Cashua Dr, Florence, SC 29501).
