He was predeceased by: his daughter Katina Spearman; and his stepfather Howard T. Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Nance Williams; and his children, Eric Howard Williams of Houston, TX, Audrea Raina Williams of Wisconsin, Taurus Raina Williams of Richmond, VA and Christopher Edward Williams of Harrisonburg, VA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
