She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Schmunk of Germany and Susanna Lickfers Schmunk of Germany; her husband Robert "Bob" Grunewald; her children, Susanna and Robert; and her brother Wilfred Schmunk.
She is survived by: her son Peter Grunewald; her daughter-in-law Kim Grunewald of Bossier City, LA; and her granddaughters, Abbigail and Madeline of Shreveport, LA. She is also survived by family members in Germany and other family members and friends.
