He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clyde, Wilson, Ernest and Marie Anderson; his brother Patrick Hartley Anderson; and his uncles, William McNair Anderson and Emory Clyde Wilson Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Deena Anderson and Ernest R. Anderson of Byron, Georgia; his sister Laine West (Jeff) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his aunts, Nancy Wilson of Macon, Ellen Whitmer (George) of Jacksonville, FL and Louise Brockinton (Sam) of Athens, GA; and his nephew Jackson West of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by six first cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Fort Valley Methodist Church (301 W Church St, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family respectfully requests donations in honor of Ernest be given to your local humane society.
