She is survived by: her mother Constance Minor; her husband Thomas Starckey; her sons, James Starckey and Nathan Manigo; her grandchildren, Tionna and Nathan; and her siblings, Kiwana, Sylvester and Tony. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
