She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Spezialetti; and her sisters, Laura Perry and Mary Matich. She is survived by: her children, Mary Spezialetti and Dr. Madalene Spezialetti; and her caregivers, Tracie, April, Lisa, Sara, Zee, Valerie, Michele, Lakisha, Leah, Diedre, Dina and Carolynn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
