She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hazelwood and Bessie Keaton Hazelwood; her husband Lewis; and her siblings, Ray, David, Robert Hazelwood, Rob Keaton, Betty Hazelwood, Bessie Barnes, Gladys Hargrove, Thelma Gibbs, Margie Glasgow and Violet Hazelwood.
She is survived by: her friend Lewis Binyard; her sons, Jason and Brian Talley; her brother Joe Keaton; and her caregivers, Diane Pettus and Thomas Barnes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law.
