She was predeceased by: her parents, Mickey Holden and Bill Holden. She is survived by: her husband DJ O'Neill; her sons, Travis and Patrick; her sisters, Peggy (Art DePue), Betsy (Bill Holden), Kate (Bob Holden), Diane (Terry Rainosek) and Beth (Sam Holden); and her siblings-in-law, Peggy and Sean McCarthy. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mark Morris Dance for PD program.
