She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Victoria Frances and Jorge Estepan; her daughters, Victoria Soto and Virginia Soto-Lozano; and her grandchildren, Christopher A. Thomas, Julian A. Lozano, Mikaela Ramirez, Lina B. Lozano and Matthew C. Lozano.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riverdale Funeral Home, Inc. (5044 Broadway, New York, NY 10034). A burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the George Washington Memorial Park (234 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652).

She struggled most of her life battling Bipolar and at the end of her life with Alzheimer's disease.
