Rumenapp of New York, New York, born in Oneonta, New York, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rumenapp and Hilma Aleksa Rumenapp; and his brother Heinz. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Carey Rumenapp; his son Derrick Rumenapp (Amy); his grandchildren, Megan and Matthew; his daughter Katie Haag (Jason); his grandson Ryan; his stepchildren, Carey, Shannon, Kelli and Daniel Patrick; his parents-in-law, Ron, Nancy Lane, Mel, Birdie Painther, William Carey, Mark and Verna Jones; his brother Frank Rumenapp; his siblings' children, Josh Rumenapp and Jillian Eastman; his sister Zillah (Jim); his siblings' children, Jeff and Alissa; Cans, Clams and Dave Lane. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern NY in Albany or to the St Jude's Childrens Hospital, both causes he cared about deeply.
