With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris M Blackman of Newark Valley, New York, who passed away on December 24, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son Jeffrey Blackman; her former life partner Don Blackman; her siblings, Sue Howland and Dick Lisk; her friend Cliff Newman; and her parents, Leslie Lisk and May Lisk (Tubbs).

She is survived by : her daughter Dona Edson (George); her granddaughters, Jackie Wandell (Scott) and Kellie Mooney (Joe); her great grandchildren, Jake, Allie, Finn and Sawyer; her sister Judy Klossner (Walt); and her close friend Phil Barton.

For those wishing, memorial contributions may be made to the Mercy House of the Southern Tier 212 North McKinley Avenue, Endicott NY 13760 in loving memory of Doris Blackman.
