He was predeceased by: his father Howard L. Washburn Sr. He is survived by: his parent Ellen; his wife Michele Washburn; his daughters, Kayla Washburn and Kristen Washburn; his granddaughters, Aubrey Kine and MaKinleigk Washburn; his brother Howard Jr; Washburn Jr.
