He was predeceased by: his mother Erica Goebert. He is survived by: his father Jackie Cruz Sr.; his son Jonah; his girlfriend Melissa Cass; his brothers, Jackie Cruz (Tahsha), Jayce Cruz, Jayden Cintron (Katherina) and Jensyn Cintron; his stepfather Carlos Cintron; his stepdaughter Lily; his uncles, Roger Goebert, Lance Goebert, Calan Lopinto and Raen Goebert; and his aunt Aubrey Goebert. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home (127 E Miller St, Newark, NY 14513). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Church (401 S Main St, Newark, NY 14513).
