She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence John and Mary Janeski Chapman; and her brother C. John Chapman. She is survived by: her husband John Sullivan; her sons, Kevin Sullivan (Susan) of Newark and Michael Sullivan (Wendy) of Fairport; her grandchildren, Emily Bruni-Insley (Patrick), Anthony Bruni, Sean Sullivan, Shannon Sullivan, Kassidy Sullivan and Mary Rabbene (Mike); her great grandchildren, Jackson and Brody; her siblings, Daniel Chapman (Linda) of Elmira and Elizabeth Taylor (Richard) of Buffalo; and her sister-in-law Anne Chapman.
