With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard P. Dorr (Newburgh, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 8, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willy Dorr and Frieda Dorr (Ehlken); his sister Martha Elizabeth Landherr; his nephew Dennis Landherr; and his friend Patricia Joyce Warner Dorr.
He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Joyce Warner; his child Leonora Christine Dorr Gerspach; his grandchildren, Michele Gerspach, Christopher Dorr Gerspach (Andrea Longobardo Gerspach), Jonathan Ian Dorr Gerspach (Erika Harrison Gerspach) and Alara Hope Gerspach Siegel; his great grandchildren, Lillian Paige Gerspach and Jackson Albert Gerspach; and his sibling's children, Janet, Al Latuso, Kathi, Richard Vonbenschoten and Ruth Landherr. He is also survived by three great-nieces, two great-nephews; and two great-great nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to National Hemophilia Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
