She was predeceased by: her parent Gilbert Rodgers. She is survived by: her parent Elsie Rodriguez; her children, Laurie Orr (Christopher) of Newburgh, Michelle Tammes (Jeff) of Brooklyn, Jean Bedell (Jason) of Ballston Spa and Brian of Newburgh; her brother Gilbert Rodgers II of Huntington, NY; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, David, Chelsea, Russell, Mia and Audrey.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Celeste's name to St. Patrick's Church or St. Patrick's Soup Kitchen.
