She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Robert Worden Sr. and Elsie Worden; her significant other William Leo Hulse Sr. (Billy); her siblings, Christopher Robert Worden Jr., Adley Worden and Romona Maxwell; and her grandson Anthony Kozlowski IV.
She is survived by: her children, Michele (Robert), Melissa (Michael), Rebecca (Christopher) and William Leo Hulse Jr. (Brandi); and her siblings, Dottie, Eleanor, Barbara, Otis and Arthur. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
