Herman (Newburgh, New York), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Watson and Harry Witbeck; her son Ron; and her brother Harry. She is survived by: her husband Ron Herman; her children, Janette Pena and Tim Herman; her siblings, David, Lee and Irene; and her grandchildren, Gabe, Danielle, Charlie, Dante, Melina and Mackenzie.
