He is survived by: his wife Cristina Marquez Arroyo of Camihort; his children, Eduardo Camihort Jr., Mariana Camihort, Diego Valiente and Maria Mercieca; and his grandchildren, Maria Paz, Lucia, Violet, Sabine and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be sent to the Nora Cronin Presentation Academy, a wonderful school in Newburgh serving girls from low-income families in the Hudson Valley, an organization he always cared about and supported.
