He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Sampson and Anabel J. Sampson (Jova). He is survived by: his sister Joan S. Schmidt (Richard) of Bowie, MD.; and his sibling's children, Heidi M. Jordan, Jennifer E. Schmidt and Paul B. Schmidt.
