She is survived by: her husband Frank; her family Elaine; her son Frank Pietrzak, Jr. (Lisa Ann Canino) of Beacon, NY; her grandchildren, Maxwell Pietrzak of London, England and Harrison Pietrzak (Nina Guido) of Beacon, NY; her daughter Tania Pagan (William Pagan); her grandchildren, Talia Pagan (Damon Wilpan), Cervantes Pagan and Cortez Pagan; her daughter Tasha Melita (George Melita) of Newburgh, NY; her grandson George Melita (Sandy Hem) of Porter Ranch, California.; her brother Ted Stankiewicz (Gail Stankiewicz); and her nephew Guy Stankiewicz (NJ). She is also survived by mother and Nana to her five grandchildren.
