She is survived by: her sister Lillian Kelly; her children, Ralph W. Hoffman (Lana), Steven S. Hoffman (Joyce), Lance D. Hoffman (Doreen) and Fern L. Hoffman; her grandchildren, Aurora L. Shoopman (Denny), Joey Hoffman (Linden), Amy Diaz (Nate), Steffen Hoffman, Jessica M. Hoffman and Jennifer G. Hoffman; and her stepgrandson Raphael Menahem (Kara). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
