He was predeceased by: his former wife Rose Mester. He is survived by: his wife Joan Mester; his children, Donna Clarke and John Mester; his stepsons, Richard, Edward and Curtis Larsen; his grandchildren, Ashley, James and Thomas Clarke; and his stepgrandchildren, Richard Larsen III, Kristina St. Amour, Jessica Spanakos, Jana Schoenberg, Curtis Larsen Jr. and Kathreen Larsen. He is also survived by 4 step great-grandchildren.
