It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Crum of Newburgh, New York, born in Middletown, New York, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Crum and Isabelle Gladys Elston Crum; and her sisters, Patricia and Rose. She is survived by: her brothers, Henry "Mike" Crum (Maryann), William Robert Crum (Pamela), Randy Crum (Theresa) and Tony Crum (Nikki). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in her name may be made to the Kaplan Family Hospice or to ARC Brady House Residence.
