He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emily Kerrick Cotter; his children, Anne, Jim (Hyon Joo) and John; his grandsons, Dante and Mateo; his sisters, Mary, Marguerite and Kathy (Joe); and his parents, James Cotter and Catherine Cotter (Finn). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
