He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Kranz and Grace V. Kranz (Carl); and his brother John Kranz. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, James L. Kranz, Jr. (Krystine) and Jill Ramnath (Miguel) of Montgomery; his siblings, Charles Kranz of Peekskill, NY, Scott Kranz of Patton, PA, Maryellen Robbins of Pinehurst, NC, Patricia D'Eufemia of Wappinger Falls and Diane Panzarino of Lowville, NY; and his grandchildren, Aubree and Nora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
