It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jan Patrice Lacoppola (Newburgh, New York), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on March 30, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Gail Havlicek (Yacono). She is survived by: her father Frank Havlicek; her husband John LaCoppola (Church) of Newburgh; her daughter Jillian Brewer (Erick Brewer) of Goshen; her grandchildren, Grayson and Hudson Brewer; and her siblings, Kim Aufiero, Jim Havlicek and Mark Havlicek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
