It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Foster (Newburgh, New York), born in Salisbury Mills, New York, who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Loretta Gogerty Smith; her husband Norman Foster; her sisters, Joan Spampinato and Patricia Cline; and her siblings-in-law, Esther Sloan (Warren) and William Foster.
She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Moscato (Pasquale) of Newburgh, NY; her grandchildren, Marianne Marcantonio (Salvatore), Michael Moscato (Kristina Jacaruso), Amanda Moscato and Melissa Moscato; her great grandchildren, Logan Marcantonio and Caleb Moscato; her brothers, Arthur Smith and John Smith (Roseanne); and her sister-in-law Joan Foster. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
