He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hall and Vivian Hall (Thayer); and his son Jeffry. He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his daughter Jennie A. Horan (Davis) of Newburgh; his brother Mark Hall (Margaret) of Newburgh; his nephew Mark Hall, Jr. of Newburgh; and his aunt Barbara Maher. He is also survived by three great nieces; a great-great niece and a great-great nephew.
