He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Wilma Anzalone (Hunter); and his sister Jill Moglia. He is survived by: his close friend Cynthia Ernst; his daughter Michelle Fisherman; and his siblings, Nicholas Anzalone, Michael Anzalone (Tracey) and Anna Steinhauer (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, a memorial to celebrate John's life will be announced at a later date.
