He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Flanagan and Eva G. Flanagan. He is survived by: his children, Karen Whitaker (Jerry) of Mashpee, MA, John Flanagan (Gloria) of Cornwall, NY and Kevin Flanagan (Teresa) of New Windsor, NY.; his grandchildren, Erin Reynolds (Cory), Casey Whitaker, Kylie Whitaker, John Flanagan (Melissa), Caitlin Pinksten (Megan) and Ashley Flanagan; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Doc, Tristan, Wyatt and Shea; and his sister-in-law Frances (Lenny DeRobertis). He is also survived by friend, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jack's memory to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, Inc., Meals on Wheels of Newburgh, or the Alzheimer's Association.
