He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lorretta Messenger (Kinsler) and Herbert Messenger; his children, Kimberly Rodrigues (George) and David Messenger (MaryKay); his granddaughters, Emma and Grace; his son Brian Messenger (Christine); his great grandchild Kristin Cahill (Patrick); his brother George Messenger; his brother-in-law Terry McAllister (BJ); and also, Caroline, Katie and Patrick John. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
