He was predeceased by: his son Dylan E. Perez. He is survived by: his parents, Jose Perez and Maria Perez; his daughter Sarah E. Perez; his brothers, Andres Manuel (Kristin) and Jose Manuel (Jill); and his siblings' children, Isabel, Lauren, Anna, Julia, Nick Perez and William Ibberson.
