It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Egan of Newburgh, New York, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on June 7, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Egan and Mary Elizabeth Flynn Egan; his sons, John and James; and his brother John Egan.
He is survived by: his children, Maryjane Young of New Brighton, PA and Joseph F. Egan Jr. of Wallkill, NY; his brother Richard of Meridan, CT.; and his grandchildren, Patricia, Shannon, Amanda, Ashley, Danielle, Sean, Ryan (Sondra), Amy (Frank), William (Joanna) and Andrew (Gabriella). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
