She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard and Leota Bozeman (Manning); her husband Albert A. Favoino; and her siblings, Olin, Ray, Doyle, Dwight, Jack, Bobby, Broughton, Margaret, Betty and Nancy.

She is survived by: her daughters, Janie Favoino of Newburgh and Sue Favoino of Newburgh; her son-in-law John Conway of Newburgh; and her siblings, Emmet and Dudley Bozeman.

In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made in Juanita's memory to Meals on Wheels of Greater Newburgh, Inc., PO Box 2615, Newburgh, NY 12550.
