He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean Burnett; his child Colden Cook; his parents, Joan Cook and Donald Cook; and his siblings, Brendan (Lisa), Terence, Christopher Cook (Lynne), Coleen Calabrese (David), Noelle Cook and Justin Cook (Molly). He was also cherished by 14 nieces and nephews.
