He is survived by: his father Arthur W. Fowler; his wife Phyllis Rubnitz; his mother Georgette D'Agostino (Natale); his son Brian Fowler (Tiffani Woods); his brother Charles W. Fowler; his aunts and uncles, Randi Indelicato, Dorothy Wensing, Clyde Wensing and George Savard; his sibling's children, Justin Fowler, Marissa Fowler and Noah Fishberg; and also Kimberley Fowler.
