He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth P. Clark; and his siblings, Doris Ross and Walter N. Clark. He is survived by: his parent Annie E. Clark (Benjamin); his wife Janice M. Clark; his children, Walter N. Clark (Leslie) of New Windsor and Sheri A. Clark of Highland; his sibling Kenneth V. Clark of New Windsor; his granddaughter Kristal S. Clark of New Windsor; and also Paula J. Russo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
