He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fratto and Carmella Fratto (Frustace); his wife Maria Fratto (Consorti); and his siblings, John Jr. and Millie Fratto.
He is survived by: his sister Sylvia LaPorte; his sons, John (Cynthia) of Poughkeepsie and Louis J. Fratto Jr. (Eileen); and his grandchildren, Paul, Christina of Poughkeepsie, Mark, Timothy and Michael. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
