Pereira (Kathy) of Pewaukee, WI and John Pereira (Melody) of Winter Garden, FL; his grandchildren, Heather, Kristen, Jeanne' and Justin; and his siblings' children, Jay, Angie, Johnny, Adam, Jimmy, Benjamin, Jesse, Michael, Kevin, Kristen, Matthew, Nathan, Kimberly and Karen.
