She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pryor and Barbara Pryor (Reid). She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Merced (Mickie) of New Windsor, David Merced of New Windsor and Nicholas Merced of New Windsor; her siblings, Suzanne Whitney of New Rochelle and James Pryor of Cortlandt Manor; and her granddaughter Madelynn Merced. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Peggy's name may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Ct., Newburgh, NY 12550.
