She was predeceased by: her parents, Decatur B. Penny and Addie Penny (Palen). She is survived by: her husband William A. Terwilliger; her children, Anthony Terwilliger (Kim Rodd) of St. Albans, VT and Cheryl Hall (William); her grandchildren, Dara Kopaskie (Aaron), Cody Benedict, Briana Terwilliger (Josh Jewett) and Ali Terwilliger (Lucas Hall); her great grandchildren, Savannah Collins, Addison Kopaskie, AJ Kopaskie, Camden Hall and Tucker Jewett; and her siblings-in-law, George Terwilliger and Pat Terwilliger. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
