He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Burkoski and Mary Karas Burkoski; and his siblings, John (Fortune Burkoski), Ann (William Ciaccio) and Pearl Burkoski.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wilkin Burkoski; and his children, Diane (Ron Case), Beth (Chris Dombrowski), John (Amy Burkoski), Mary (Brian Cole) and Jennifer (Don Nimsger). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations on "Mickey's" behalf may be sent to Michael and Linda's favorite charity – St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
