She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Strumke and Mary Segnit; her husband Frank Eichler; her children, Karen Vancura, Howard Eichler (Deborah) and Mildred Ciarlanto (Joseph); her grandsons, Frank Vancura (Victoria), Howard Eichler, Jr. (Amanda), Matthew Eichler (Katrina), Mark Eichler, Eric Vancura, Michael Eichler and Jeffrey Ciarlanto (Alicia); and her great grandchildren, Howard Eichler III (Cecilia), Michael Eichler, Jr., Giavonna Eichler, Gabriella Eichler and Sasha Ciarlanto.
