She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel DeGraw (VanDuzer) and Quentin DeGraw; her husband Leo R. Siltz, Jr.; her son Mark; and her parents-in-law, Leo and Mary Siltz.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony and Donna; her son-in-law Gerald Giametta; her son Thomas; her sister Beverly; her brother-in-law David MacEntee; her grandchildren, Tara Bello (Greg), Danielle Siltz, Ashley Sanchez (Mauro), Toni-Marie Siltz (Francis Caceres), Anthony Giametta (Amanda), Christopher Giametta (Omar Rivera), Michael, Timothy, Matthew, Stephen and Alisha Siltz; her great grandchildren, Jesse, Gianna Bello, Dylan, Elena Sanchez and Olivia Caceres; her sibling's children, Angela Mastantuono and David MacEntee; and her pet Teddy. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, elderly parents and relatives.
