He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Roberts and Neva Roberts (Fraiser); and his brother-in-law John Allen. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Allen; his children, Mark Roberts, Kevin Roberts (Melanie) and Noreen Neva Hale; his grandchildren, Kevin Roberts, Eric Rasmussen, Gabrielle Roberts, Daniella Seymour, Nicolette Hale and Joshua Roberts; his great grandchildren, Kevin, Isaiah, Zachery and Zayden; his siblings, Burton Roberts and Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Ponesse and Linda Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
