She was predeceased by: her father Douglas D. McAdon; and her sister Stacy Krumaker. She is survived by: her mother Grace Prince McAdon of Rock Tavern; her husband Guy; her children, Justin Douglas Greb (Kiera) of Washingtonville and Jennifer Ley Greb of New Paltz; her siblings, Scott McAdon of Middletown, Vince McAdon (Linda) of Rock Tavern, Paul McAdon (JoAnn) and Danette Weddel (David) of Mayfield, NY; and her grandchildren, Hudson and Landon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's memory to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
