Berkowitz; his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Matthew, Phillip III, Kevin Jr. and Isabella; his godchildren, Tito DeSantis III, Tina Jodoin, Roni DeSantis and Nicole Marie DeSantis; and his pet Savannah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
