She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Clark and Peggy Clark; and her friend Ralphie. She is survived by: her sons, Jason (Michele), Joshua (April) and Jacob (Trish); her grandchildren, Nikki, Alexandra, Zach, Chris, Jonah and Shea; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Sophia; and her sisters, Carol, Maryann "Mimi" and Christina "Teenie". She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
