He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pucino and Lucy Pucino; and his sister Victoria Jankowski. He is survived by: his nephew Mark Andrews; and his great-nephews, David and Wesley Andrews.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Richard's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
